THREE REASONS our candidates are telling us about employer: • chance for self-realization and career development • great training and fun people to work alongside • brilliant rewards and opportunities that come from being part of a really big company WORKING CONDITIONS: • work and residence permit paid by employer • official labor contract • official salary – 660$ • service charge avg. 100$ • airticket is provided • shared accommodation • duty meals WHAT YOU WILL DO: • assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Company`s International Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations • supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product • ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Company’s International standards MUST HAVE: • minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards • experience in luxury international brands • good command of English • qualification in Kitchen Production or Management (an advantage) • comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards • basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System
