Our need is immediate. Requirements: To be considered for this role you need to: have an experience of standing in the similar position for more than 3 years,PQE; have great communication skills; be able to work in accordance with plan; have fluent English and Russian; have rights to work in the UK; be able to travel to office based in central London on a daily basis. The right person will have experience in transactional work in the following areas: Mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholders agreements and articles of association. Responsibilities will include but not limited: Working with various departments of the company to assist with respective legal issues and liaising and working with a variety of third parties ranging from external legal advisors, public bodies, internal rating agents and surveyors. Handling a varied caseload ranging from drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, handling litigation claims, employment issues, consumer issues, to review of property leases and completing statement of cases for small county claim trial bundles. M&A Activities. The role requires an individual who is comfortable and knowledgeable in various areas of law. Banking experience would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
