Работа в Норвегии: Safety Advisor (wells) Responsibilities: Advising the Upstream on continuously improving HSE-related performance • Advise the accountable Wells Team Leaders and Wells Superintendents in meeting BP HSE Policies, Standards, Practices, and Guidelines • Responsible for maintaining a good awareness of the risk profile for the Wells operation by evaluating workplace/operational hazards and developing strategies for risk control • Coach Site HSE leads (Wells) • Support the Site HSE Leads (Wells) to assure that all HSE risks associated with Wells Operation on site are adequately identified and addressed • Support the Site HSE Leads to coach site based Wells personnel in HSE requirements by formal and informal means • Support the Site HSE Leads to raise awareness among Wells site personnel of potential HSE issues by maintaining noticeboards and conducting safety campaigns and initiatives Conducting HSE-related self-verification and supporting self-verification plans • Support the Site HSE Leads (Wells) to verify that Wells personnel on board/site understand and comply with BP HSE Policies, Standards, Practices and Guidelines, in particular CoW procedures Issuing and maintaining HSE-related procedures and guidance • Maintain Regional H&S documents related to Wells Operations and review processes to verify that procedures accurately reflect safe working practices • Define and oversee the implementation of a standard approach to HSE planning across operations Work closely with all drilling and well intervention contractors to assure that contractor management satisfactorily address all safety issues and risks associated with drilling and well intervention operations Required expertise: • Degree in Engineering, Science, HSE related preferred, CSP preferred, OHST or ASP required, IOSH Graduate member required (Chartered member preferred). • Experience - Proven track record in advising and analysing HSE performance delivery • Indicative years of relevant experience 3-5 years Duration 01.01.2015 - 31.12.2015 Location Stavanger, Norway
