Киев: One of the biggest international IT companies is looking for experienced FUNCTION DEVELOPER, who will have a chance to participate in the program "EU Blue card" (with family). LOCATION: Europe, Netherlands WORKING CONDITIONS: Work and residence permit paid by employer; Minimum 1 year official labor contract; Air tickets; Visa for candidate and his family (job for wife and school/kindergarten for children); Work within a friendly team. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for the pre development and realization of innovative products and/or new functions in projects in the area of Personal Health; You will cooperate with internal and external partners; You will be responsible for distributing tasks among external and internal partners and for managing the dependencies and deliverables in line with the overall project plan. Carry out research on architectures of digital platforms and integration of our products and services with these new platforms, enlarging relevant knowledge and bringing-in new knowledge; Define system architectures for digital solutions taking into account the intent for which the system is realized and the constraints imposed on the realization; Deliver major technical contributions to projects as agreed with the project leader and the customer like the Health Suite Digital Platform team; Act in project teams as a recognized source of knowledge and a team player to realize a transferable architecture and assist in transferring these to the company business; REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of requirements development and test plans. Knowledge of numerical and analytical modeling. Preferably experience with developing medical devices. Experience in understanding and translating consumer needs into technical solutions. Experience in cooperation in a multi-site, multi-partner development environment. Ability to analyze the stakeholder environment and needs to achieve common objectives, considering contradicting interests and making the best decisions for the project as well as the business. Negotiation skills, combined with English language skills. Ability to balance risks and opportunities of innovative solutions. Preferably you are familiar with Design for Six Sigma. You have a proven track record and experience (5 yrs.) in pre-development and realization of new (consumer) products and/or functions in an R&D environment.
